How to Reach Us
For the fastest, most useful reply, especially for bug reports, please include:
- The name of the calculator (and its page URL, if you have it)
- The exact numbers and options you entered
- The result you got, and what you expected instead
- A screenshot, if something looked broken on your device
Before reporting a calculation issue, it is worth reloading the page and trying once more — that clears most temporary glitches.
What to Contact Us About
- Bug reports — a wrong result, a broken page or a display problem
- Calculator requests — a tool you wish existed here; the most-requested ones get built first
- Corrections — an error in our explanations, formulas or examples
- Copyright matters — see the DMCA page for the notice process
- Security issues — see the FAQ below for how to flag these
- Business enquiries — partnerships, advertising or anything else of that kind
We aim to reply within a few business days.
Contact FAQs
How fast will I get a reply?
We aim to reply within a few business days. Clear, detailed bug reports — with the calculator name and the numbers used — usually get answered first, because they are the easiest to act on.
Can I request a new calculator?
Yes, and please do. Calculator requests are how we decide what to build next, and frequently requested tools go to the front of the queue.
Do you offer phone support?
No. Support is by email only, which keeps a written record of the numbers and results involved — much more useful for checking a calculation than a phone call.
How do I report a security issue?
Email ibrahimbmc2025@gmail.com with “Security” in the subject line, describing what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not share the issue publicly until we have had a chance to look at it.
