DMCA Copyright Policy

AtoZ Savings (atozsavings.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright law. If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, you may send us a takedown notice using the process below, and we will review and act on valid notices.

Filing a Takedown Notice

Email your notice to ibrahimbmc2025@gmail.com with “DMCA” in the subject line. A valid notice should include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list of works)
  2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL on atozsavings.com where it appears, so we can locate it
  3. Your contact details: your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Notices that are missing the details above may be delayed or may not be actionable, so please include all six points.

Counter-Notices

If your material was removed because of a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake — for example, because you own the material or have the right to use it — you may email a counter-notice to ibrahimbmc2025@gmail.com. Your counter-notice should identify yourself and your contact details, identify the removed material and where it appeared, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction where we are located), and include your signature. Where a valid counter-notice is received, removed material may be restored in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, and to remove material that repeatedly infringes.

Contact

All copyright notices and counter-notices should go to ibrahimbmc2025@gmail.com. See also our Contact Us page for general enquiries.

Copyright, in Plain Language

Almost everything on this site is our own calculators and our own writing, so takedowns should be rare. If something of yours has ended up here without permission, email us a complete notice and we will review it promptly and remove confirmed infringing material. If we removed something of yours by mistake, the counter-notice route exists so you can explain and, where the law allows, have it restored. People who repeatedly infringe may lose access.

DMCA FAQs

How do I file a takedown?

Email ibrahimbmc2025@gmail.com with “DMCA” in the subject and all six items listed above — most importantly, the exact URL and your signed accuracy statement.

How fast do you respond?

We aim to review every complete notice promptly and to remove or disable access to confirmed infringing material without undue delay. We do not promise a specific number of hours, as review depends on the notice being complete.

What if my content was removed by mistake?

Send a counter-notice as described above. If it is valid and the original complainant does not notify us of a court action, the material may be restored in line with the DMCA process.
